The skies above are strange and great,
Her wonders I can see,
For when it's dark her stars shine down,
And glad my soul can be.

Her sun brings warmth to all the land,
And warms my heart as well,
Her moon, while cold, doth bring me light,
And leads me from my hell.

Her clouds bring shade unto my back,
Her rain, it fills the seas,
Her snow is soft and gently falls,
And puts my mind at ease.

Too much of one can bring me death,
Too few, my fate's the same,
I can't control the skies above,
Or learn to play its game.

Control is gone, but hope is not,
I must accept her will,
For if I weather this strong storm,
I'll learn to love her still.

I kinda like the short sweet titles that make the reader conclude the theme of the poem. Since you mention the stars, the sun, the moon, clouds, the weather, and the difficulty in controlling any of those things, it seems to me "Skies" might work well.
