It seem like ages
but it could have been yesterday
when we promised to each other
what lovers promise
Then love became us
desire engulfed us
Nights were perpetual love
uniting our bodies and souls
into our world
Our hands parted
and for a while
we became lost
For some time
there was no us
But love remained
true and you came back to me
Your kiss stayed in me

Who can argue with a happy ending?!

Forgetting all I'm lacking
Completely and complete
I'll take your invitation
You take all of me

Walker,  I like a poem that ends like this
one...

In line three....promise would fit more
appropriately as "promised"...(past tense)
At least that is how I read it...

And at the end (3rd from bottom)...
"But love remain"  maybe should be
"But love remains"  or  "But love remained"

Whatcha think??
