A page of heart and sinful love
upon the book of God in write
The lust of both which cannot be
within the dim of flickers light

Beneath the rig of sail on blue
in stormy winds of gusts in gale
A woman comes before the man
in purchase of one house in sale

A man of God and white of cloth
in stumble falls before the maid
when swam the pond in bare of skin
where all the sight of him displayed

In dreams of each the lust of fire
became the quest of sinful souls
where moments sought in dreams of night
were cast to scarlet letters bold

Two hearts in beat of sordid chase
for love bidden to be not known
A sin of two in passion’s haste
In scarlet dress of walk alone

More...she said in shudders nigh
as her soul departs the sigh
More Sire,  doth thee not know
tis thine words,  thee must sow

Tis the wine of flowers bloom
and the heart of treasure keep
Tis the vines of lover's swoon
in the search of passion's deep

Tis the mome of ever and more
naught the night of nevermore
'Pon the ears of the one maid
comes to wish mine all displayed

YES....more...

Magnus darling boy again this had fallen far too far down the page for such wonderful writing. Always your words are special and this particular style of yours is exceptional, it literally flows into my soul like life itself. Your words travel through the places of my soul that hark to the wind and then feel the sunlight stroking heat within.

This is exquisite writing, don’t stop please darling boy, your writing is especially superb. I love it utterly utterly love it

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the eathquake wind and fire
Oh

Hello my friend. I read this a few ways tonight...it struck me as the casual relationship so popular in the single crowd, it struck me as the recent stories of the clergy and all their difficult choices...it struck me that all too often what is believed to be love is simply lust and in the discovery of that, the candle dims...
Thoughtful write. ThisDiamond

Kathy....I wanted to answer your reply first.

I watched a part of the movie Scarlet Letter
last night.  This is my 20 lines or less
recap. poetically of what I saw within the
movie (with Demi Moore as the lead actress)

It was what I wrote of...Nothing moral or
ethical about the poem as written...Just
my poetic way of painting it...

She came to America,  having left her husband
behind....  Ended up having an affair with
the Preacher....  This was of their lust
and the sins of their passions...

Thanx.
