Hand in Hand
(As seen by the Muses of Joy)

Who comes there ecstatic?
Two creatures nomadic
Whose gait though unmatched
Through hand’s clasp – attached.

O’er dry leaves they wander
As days breadth they squander
A leisure of joy
A man and a boy

Ah come now and spy it
Not one can deny it
The dad’s inclination
The boy’s adulation

A pat on the head there
Of boy’s sunfilled red hair
And then frisky whisking
‘Mid tasket and tisking

Away through the pasture
In frolicking gesture
A hip hold and flying
A whirling and sighing

A frolicsome day this
‘Neath canopy boundless
A feeling transcending
A play never ending

Now love filled and joyworn
To mom they go reborn
To retell their journal
In love’s terms maternal.

*********

Ah joy like mountain’s peak
Toward light through cloud doth seek
Release from toil through play
Achieved this autumn day.

(smiles) Awwwwwww, this is soooooo beautiful, sweet friend, I wish more boys and dads could feel like this nowadays, for I see so many boys and their fathers that are so apart from each other now! (sigh) Your lyrics show that there is still love like this that exists today, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Joe, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
