shaking, twitching, I am left alone
once again by you, over the phone
I hear you, there but distant
uncaring, false, words a rant
in my ear, I do not listen
to you, speaking, on a mission
to be free, I cannot
run and hide, weak, I am caught
lost indeed, confused and blind
pushing, shoving, extracting my mind
secured and bound, trapped in heart
crying, confused, will we never part

That's not a very comforatble spot to be in, is it?  It's a well written moment of emotional bondage.

Very intense and well written poem. Distance in any form be it emotional or physical can make one very unsure of what lies ahead. I hope all looks brighter in the future.
