thanks for the idea Lyra:

Of all the herbal teas on my shelf
select the few tisanes
that reworks the tranquil self...
chamomille in the evening
green or jasmine tea...
away unwelcomed spots of sleeplessness!
catch and protect tranquility
cut caffeine, and cardiac stimulators
change the tape, set new regulators
re-acquire nature's sleep
for all the teas on the shelf
there is something for every self.

I love those peaceful teas,
but I also love the java
that sometimes makes
me move my knees
faster in the morning.

I enjoyed this cup of tea, dear ecrivan.

Good advice I'd say. Some of those delightful herbal teas are really excellent!

Mmmm, I love my teas.
Green tea and also Chai tea....and black currant....and raspberry, and nite nite bedtime tea, and peppermint when you have a cold, and...oops,
sorry....don't get me going on tea.
Good stuff here Martin.

ethome,

like I found mint to be a good replacement for a stimulator..especially in hot countries
and just boiling some linden leaves..like my Lithuanian neighbour did which acts as a natural calmant for people with hypertension
