In The Eyes of a Child

Comfort of my fears
Guardian from above,
Sound of my laughter
That showers me with love.
To mend my broken wings
To share my every tear,
To guide me through life
To help conquer all my fears.
I want you to know that every day
That you stand by my side,
It helps me see my wisdom
It helps me see my pride.
You're a part of my life
Which I will never let go,
You know what I'm like
& you've watched me grow.
Your praise now that I am older
As life's success seems near,
Is still the sweetest praise
I hope on earth to hear.
I know you will always be there for me
And you will be the only one to understand,
Just who I am and what I want to be
Without thoughtless replize or demands.
You have taught me so many things
But the one that has stuck to me,
Is to live each day in happiness
& to become what I strive to be.
I know I'll make the best of my life
Because I know that you did yours,
& once again I want to thank you
For letting me walk through life's doors.

You are more than just my mother...

(smiles) God Bless You, sweet friend, this is such a gorgeous tribute to your loving mother that I know she will always cherish with her heart, and she will always see you as more than just her daughter but her little angel always as you are an angel to us all! (big hugggssssss) This is sooooooo beautiful, sweet friend, I cried reading this because it is so lovely, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Rayne, thank you for sharing!
