   Spring Feeding

Spring is feeding me sky.
I am swallowing color.
The taste is like when I was a child
and inhaled the garden.

The sky is sounding.
On dark days an airplane is absorbed
and the whispering leaves more restless.
Today there is singing.

Take my hand and walk with me a minute.
I will show you my special places.
Way back in the corner,
surrounded by fruit trees
is a pond,  much used as a playground for raccoons,
but still a pond
with orange fish touching nose to lip of water,
in velvet contrast to moss green.

Look up now…we’ll sit on this bench that is invaded
by morning glory,
all the trees are fruited out and ready to sweeten.
Can you taste it like a memory?

For a minute warm my hand with yours
and watch how the minutes change color
while I feed you spring.

(smiles) Awwwwwwww, I love this, sweet friend, I just smiled and giggled just thinking of those cute raccoons, this is sooooo cute and lovely! (kiss on cheek) May you always soak up the sky of spring with joy, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Martie, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Martie,  if your words could be used in the
evening weather forecast...to tell us what
tomorrow would be like....

No one would leave the tube and look...for
they would have already seen the most
beautiful vision, painted by your pen!

Eric...I was wondering about that "lush" myself...and I know I really "waxed poetic" here with my backyard...but today was the most beauiful day.  I wish you all could have seen it.  Thanks all for taking a walk with me.
