HE Who Has Everything In the middle of her quiet storm dwelling within She searches for patience that's vanished like dust in the wind If solitude was anything at all she could count on Her footprints still wouldn't be visible for the places she's been... Upon one knee and sometimes both in her darkest hour She begs to the skies in her moment of plead Her physical gesture of how life frowns upon her She cries out to HE who has everything... Beneath pale moonlight you can hear her verbal agony To the only one out there she knows can hear HE who has it all in his blessed kingdom beyond the eyes Why can't a little happiness run the path of those tears... She's never ran a mile wearing a smile that's been real It seems she spends her waking days looking for a lift HE who has everything and owns peace by the miles She asks him often to lend her some of his... HE who has everything loan her something to open those eyes for Something for always and not just that temporary sun A little sweetness to brush even the tip of her heart And, allow her to lust in the glory being the chosen one... HE who has everything show her your soul's listening How your power can lead even the weakest home HE who has everything chase her rain to a different sky Cause, the only power I know well is alone...
