                     Between desire and the pain,
between the visions and the truth,
                     were precious hours undiscovered
within the passion of our youth

But there inside our skin of flame,
were drops of dew we would reveal
to cool our burning drought of love
like summer rain on golden fields

                     Into our fantasy's so blind
the winds of swaying love did blow
and all our gaurded walls were stormed
as side by side we shared our souls

And when our fortress fears did fall
We felt the afterglow of trust
that once skipped by our lonely world
on tears of sorrow made from lust.

Now like the moonlight fashions dreams
the fire of romance fills our breath
and the winds of swaying love they blow
                     across forever through our breast.

The role of poetry is to utter the un-utterable; to open up
spaces of consciousness and resistance; to language oppressions; to
re-language historie

I dont know which is more impressive in this piece...the imagery...the harmony of your cadence, or the soulful express of the emotions.
What I do know is, its alway very very cool to read your rhymes.
Always a treat when you stop in E-babes.

How long can a girl be haunted by you ...
Soon I'll grow up and I wont even flinch at your name.
