A shadow passes in the breeze
of night upon a mem'ry seize
Whispering soft in moment new
of love and life, of we and you

A shadow comes within light
against the set of stars in night
Softly walking across the walls
bathing in streams of crystal falls

The image of a woman’s form
tenderly soft touching most warm
Like the dew of flowers in bloom
This shadow floats throughout the room

Pass on through as my mind does sleep
leave the vision of darkness deep
Share a kiss upon lips anew
as shadows walk not one but two

I'm not quite certain of what to say, but only to smile.

Nice work!  The lines are fluid and present the images well.  The third stanza is particularly graceful, because the unusual placing of the words fits and flows so well.  Very lovely!

Shadows passing in the night...ah yes Magnus,
have felt this so many times.  Wonderful romantic write.  Thanks!

That was beautiful, Magnus. And darkly warm.
