Incomprehensible

Gigabytes of data flow through my mind, incomprehensible in their speed.
Thoughts warp and twist in delusional fantasy worlds existing only in mad unreality.
Insanity rules, thoughts spill forth like the flowing waters of Niagara.
Insane speed, smashing down, deafening roar, obliterating the Rocks of reality below.
Never ending warped thoughts, convincing the unreal is real.
Friends and thoughts of friendship contrive to convince, I am not alone.
Reality sinks like a feather caught in the quicksand of life.
Alone I face the flow of thoughts, try to sort real from fantasy, helpful from harmful.
So distracted at times I cannot hear all that's around me.
Alone I fight, battle against insanity and depression, are these friends or foes?
Unable to fathom the personality to befriend the friendless.
The insanity required to be quagmired,
near the insane like me.
More rational it seems are those who run away as dawns the reality of the madness in my eyes though often discussed.
Do they run from my perceptions or the reflection in my eyes?
Reflections of  rivers of twisted thoughts flowing past knowing they will ever last.
Stuck amidst the flow of insanity unable to preclude, is it me or themselves they delude?
The lines blur in the catacophany of thoughts that flow in the mind twisting insanity that is all that I am.
