Creation Of The White Eagle Spirit

Create an intense spirit
That will dance within the mind
In such individualistic freedom
That the skies cry open in music
In whips of aromatic freshness

A spirit carrying currents of change
So strong that its strength cements
Generating the foundation of superb thoughts
Floating the universe on gossamer wings
So delicate but yet so indestructible

Sparkling vintage of effervescence
Exhilaration so sweet it tingles
Into every pore of your existence
Expanding the consciousness into a concoction
Unique onto itself
With such conviction of persuasion
Your artistic talents intoxicate

Encircle yourself in the possibilities
Probabilities and plain inner satisfaction
Of a wordsmith reaching the depths of contributing
The bouquets that will blossom in others
In the inner reactivity of emotional release
Setting free the demon of isolation
Seeking to siphon the charisma
Of magnetic enthusiasm

Naturist storms of bare brilliance
Shine in the awakening of inner flight
Floating on a horizon that amplifies
Before you in everything you speak
Reverberating along the valleys
Of never ending time
I am the channeler
For I am the White Eagle of poetry

I do not take the name of White Eagle for it is not mine to have. It is only for me to absorb its strength in the freedom of words floating among themselves, setting free your spirit on its own purpose. The white buffalo and the eagle symbolize the dance in me needed to continue my journey, in the isolation of a warrior seeking to conquer his inner fears. Even if it seems I may be a Native American, I not so blessed but some spirit may have attached along the way to guide me on my path, along with the symbols of respect to nature’s power in Gods hands. If it seems I am elevating myself, I am not, for I am a fragile being who has survived the sewer treatment of self denial. I now must put words to paper in a mediocre way hoping to catch a wind to my salvation. God bless your faith that warms your soul so. I am the White Eagle of poetry hoping to create the thirst from pure water that will shower you, on your flight, under your own wings of power. I have to go before I ramble on into eternity, your friend D.Lester Young or simply Dave.
