I'm so tired of trying
You weary me with tears
Everyday I feel I'm dying
While you flood me with your fears

I'm so tired of waiting
For you to come around
I spend each day anticipating
Where we might be bound

I'm so tired of sighing
While each day gets worse
We can't talk, though I am trying
While living with this curse

I'm so tired of caring
When nothing is returned
I grow weary of your daring
It's time I grew and learned

I'm so tired of wanting
Everything you need
I'm tired of your boast and vaunting
Where's my time I plead

I'm so tired of you dear
A change is what I'll seek
When you're done with days of drear
Come back, to havoc wreak.

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

Hello Lynne

I could see the disappointment and frustration.  How common it is that one person will give their all only to be let down by someone who gives nothing in return.  I hope you are well Lynne.

Take care......Sue

It's very sad when things get so one-sided. This is quite an expression Keth I hope you're writing your frustrations out because I know that works!
Please take care!

Sue and Eric,
I am writing an unfinished thought in poetic form, after asking the questions what would happen if...

Keth darling sister of heart and keeper of my dreams promise, you write my soul here, and you know it. Yes it’s exactly like this and it’s time to get off the hamster’s exercise wheel and simply stop running ever faster. Beautifully said, each word is emblazoned on my heart. And I’ll take these words of divine wisdom and hold them within to carry me through this time of waiting.

Thank you darling heart this is utterly utterly wonderful. Perfect in flow, rhyme and rhythm too

As was once said...The Buck Stops Here!

Seems to me that is just what you have
said,  very poetically so...

Well done Keth...

It sounds like you need a vacation, Keth...

Beautifully written

Keth,
And now it seems you know the answer. Well done and with too much feeling or experience I might add. LOL Well it was convincing.
