In Your Poetic Mind

0 posted 2002-05-12 11:32 PM

my muse is playing my mind....

Try one of these......be creative... /pip/Forum7/HTML/000447.html

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Where rainbows
wait for rain
beyond shadows
heart    aches
No moons rise
searching the void
above blackness
through the midnights--
collecting
of your soul
Pushing deeper
to the edge
of your self
finding,
crying,
letting go,
left by
love
Bitter,
sweetly echoing
emptiness
shading the pain
of silhouetted circles
towering reality
taller then your reach
No one ever
knew,    wondered
of hidden desires
penetrating
corners,
hollow spaces,
   loneliness
   relentless
silence
Blindly feeling
past  darkness
what eyes
can not see;
strewn
laughter--weeping
become a comfort
fading
unveiled--
like stars
against
nightfall
I would rather have one breath of his hair,
one kiss of his mouth,
one touch of his hand
than an eternity without it.
This is so...well, WICCAN...a truly beautiful and very astute description of the dark of moon days....the witch in me dances, as the poet applauds!
Lauren darling girl excellent writing I love this it’s so well formed the image speaking and alive, very well done. This haunting drifting atmosphere you’ve written and expertly expressed is wonderful.
This will be fun, Lauren...
In the shadow of the clouds
the land is dark
except for the bright
where the veil is parted
allowing the light
to shine
it's love for the earth
thanks for the challenge, Lauren
I don't know if I'm up to the challenge, but you sure excel at it!  Great job hon, and hey I loved that part of the movie City of Angels too!!  That movie should come with the kleenex warning also.  Hugs.
strewn
It is there where our thoughts are left on there own, to spend in the night, spreading thin in our day dreams....
You do know how to captivate the reader and set a mood.
Lovely work Lauren~
