Once was there, but now is vanished
my feelings that were, are now banished
in exile they live, a tortured existence
bound and lonely, questing for transcendence
though not to be reached, lost their way
in the void, floating in a giant bay
of nothingness, for what does remain
when you are not here, emptiness and pain
my heart does rend, split in twain
by the loss of you, no longer sane
torment for my soul, like a rack upon my being
blinded and lost, forever I shall be in suffering

Actually never heard of the band, its a name I created about.. 8 or 9 years ago to use in a novel that never really got where I wanted it to get

Siouxsie was this totally awesome punk/goth band in the '80s. Very influential in certain circles. But enough blabbin' -- I definitely enjoyed yr post.

Kellinjar, when you enter a poem, you will see on the right hand side of the topic a printer, an envelope, and a symbol for E-cards.  Click on the multicolored leaf and you will have a whole new side of Passions in front of you.

Enjoy!

Kellinjar,

i was about to comment how your poems all seem to be one-word titles but i guess i'm wrong..

anyway, feelings banished? interesting thought..i immediately thought of Siberia in Russia and how since i sometimes supress my emotions, my feelings must go really wild and would create chaos, having no regard for the owner~me

not in the direction that your poem is leading me..but hey, that was before i read the rest of your poem..

just wanted to welcome you and promise you that i will read your other work...
