Please take your hand in mine, and whisper sweet nothings into my ear, and heart. I know I'll feel safe in your arms, but I wonder how long this new found safety will last. You warm my frozen heart and put a sparkle in my dead eyes. You are my light at the end of the tunnel, the one who catches me when I fall; my missing half who will be there rain or shine to complete me. |
