Hello everyone, I know that it's been a while. I've found that I just can't stay away. I've visited everyday since I'd decided to leave and read your poems anyway. So, I'm officially out of denial and I'm back...  I'm sitting here with my elbows on dreams (Unappreciated, or so it would seem!) My boss is nagging me to get back to work (I wish I could tell him I’m dreaming, the Jerk!) I'm planning my life & the future, see I'm planning on getting what's good for me I don't need this job, yeah! I can careless I'm "working" on me, cause my life's a mess Notice those snobs just two cubicles down Look like they got slapped with pies by a clown There ‘cross the aisle, Mr. fake VIP And his clique of butt kissers stuck in between Here comes the company slutt & her pals Laughing & strutting as if all's sayin' WOW! When all they've got in the reality Is a list that's miles long and a few S.T.D.’s My boss is so bald, his thoughts do shine through He checks out my legs & everyone else's too He's a wimp in a suit, a jellyfish at best What’s sadder than that? He's above all the rest! So, I don't care if they do fire me! I'll find someone else to hire me! And I will continue to sit here & dream I'll type with one finger & look really mean Another pile is dropped on my desk I look out of the window deciding that's best I plan what I'll do when I pick up my check (Pay someone to clean, my apt.’s a wreck!) Perhaps I'll go out with a few of my friends Pick up a guy or be picked up instead Or maybe I'll sit in my home, take a rest No, I will go shopping (I think that is best!) Here comes baldy, leader of lettuce heads Mr. Cutie’s behind him, now I wonder what I did! I smile & they melt, I know how to get praise (I did it last year, and got me a raise!) I promise to fix whatever they said The minute that they left, the thought left my head! I sigh as I look out the window once more Just twenty minutes & I'm out the door... ~Tier {R.T.} |

This was fun to read...really nice writing...I seem to think of a million other things I would like to be doing while I'm at work...but I'm making money...and if I wasn't at work I'd probably be spending money...James |

 (giggles in delight) Oh my gosh, I love this, sweet firend, your wonderful words are so funny and always a delight to read, I know how you feel, for my dad works at Avery Dennison and he hates his job yet he says he does it just so he can support us, and I hope soon he can retire from his job and live a peaceful leisurely lovely time with us all! (kiss on cheek) I'm so happy you're back, sweet friend, I have missed you so so much, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Tiersdin, thank you for sharing!
