~Could Have Been~
for a very special friend.

She'd do anything to be the sparkle once again in his eye
She'd do anything, nothing would she not compromise
She's been wishing on the stars that shine so bright
For answers to questions that haunt her on this night

How she'd heal if he would just begin to see
That she needs to be healed in his arms to feel free
Everything happens for a reason, some that she will never understand
Still she knows the heart of a woman shatters at times like crystal sand

If she leaves she fears he will not follow
As the depths of the ocean start to become shallow
What could be worse than leaving him behind
In her tears of solitude, it's lonliness she finds

Once upon a year long ago that went by
She slowly closed her eyes
Watching herself as she softly to him gave in
She now sees all the things that could have been

A darkness now steals the light
Her mind no longer healed by the night
All she ever wanted was for their love to survive
A day in which their love will begin new life

Once upon a time long gone by
She slowly closed her eyes
Watching herself as she softly to him gave in
She nows sees all the things that could have been

"you can't stop
the rain
from pouring down
can't stop the
world from turning 'round
can't stop me from
loving you
no matter
what you do"

(big hugggssssss) Oh Amy, this is so sadly beautiful, sweet friend, my heart goes out to her and other women who yearn for their loves and I pray that they all will find what their heart desires and have that gleam forever shine in their eyes with joy! (kiss on cheek) This is wonderful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Amy, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Amy darling lil sis of my heart the sadness and the sorrow that is in this is writte as only you can do. But through it all I see some hope. You know I utterly utterly love your writing, the flow the rhythm, the style, the construction but most of all I love it because it embodies your spirit. No one can write as well as you do f hearts pain

Love and warm stuff
