I don’t mean to offend anyone with this writing, but I had to write it…

“STEPMOTHER FROM HELL”
by
Bill Charles
~~~~
I remember way back then,
when I was a little one…
A lot of yelling it seems,
never could figure the reason…
Sixteen I believe I was,
the door was locked within…
All those crazy hurtful years,
never knew I was born a sin…
I grew up always trying to please,
never ever good enough was I…
Didn’t matter how worthy I’d be,
it just never seemed to apply…
Needed some help a while back,
guess where I ended up at…
Asking for some help from her,
like making friends with a polecat…
Got turned out one more time,
a lesson finally learned well…
Taught me how much she cared,
this stepmother from hell…
(big hugggssssss) Oh Bill, this is so very sad and intense, sweet friend, I for one was not offended by this because you are speaking straight from the heart and as long as you are sincere with what you write, your thoughts are always respected! (sigh) My heart goes out to you and these experiences you used to endure, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Bill, thank you for sharing!
May love and light always shine upon you!
Love,
Noah Eaton
Liked the polecat!
Funny how when we empty out the hurts, there is more room for the other stuff!
Poetry is the healing by our own hand Bill.
Bill,
I can see why you had to right it! How do we get stuck with people like that? Makes no sense. Painful lessons in a cruel world. Try us next time...
It's never too late to have a good childhood! Woohoo!
