I need a hug, a knuffel and a cuddle I need them all you see because I'm really stressed every day I'm typing only silly numbers what I should do now is just put my head at rest The government is breathing in my neck because they want to test all sheep of this rare breed but someone threw away all paper pedigrees so I've to type them one by one again indeed I'm seeing fivers, flying sixes and some sevens a nasty eight is doing push ups with a ten I'm going mad I think, I'm dancing with a twenty this has to stop some day, but I just don't know when I've asked myself when I was looking in the mirror "Are you nuts or something, typing all those numbers" I should've listened to my hubby when he told me "You want to raise something? Why don't you try cucumbers" But when I look into the eyes of little lambs I feel butterflies in my belly swinging 'round so I need desparately a hug, a knuffel and a cuddle before I find myself all numbered on the ground A rose is a rose is a rose...I guess... |

Tita darling girl as always you write with such skill and wonderment this is excellent writing from you. Exquisite flow and the rhyme are utterly utterly spectacular This poem has some of the funniest lines I’ve read it made me smile a lot, the form is utterly utterly divine, and I love it I truly do. I should've listened to my hubby when he told me "You want to raise something? Why don't you try cucumbers" But naming cucumbers after poets wouldn't have been nearly as fun. Hugs, Titia. |

Hugs and cuddles and ?knuffels? Well, whatever a knuffel is, I hope you eknuffel of them. And here i thought counting sheep is supposed to put you to sleep! Every little lamb is worth it though, isn't it? Wish I could help you! |

LOL @ Elan!!  Dear Titia, I don't understand This poem that I see. I thought you had a lot of knuffels Bringing them to me! You promised I would get a lot Adorned with adolation But now it seems you need to seek Some knuffel-filled donations! Hey, I don't want one second-hand! I do not feel amused. You promised me a knuffelsack But I don't want them used!! If your supply is now so low That you must seek them out My hopes of being inundated Is now in serious doubt.
