The song of the whale
serenades the blue seas
gentle whispers
of love and eternity

Alone in the shadows
of soft moonlight
the song of the whale
haunting seas of night

Singing in harmony
to operatic tides
dancing their tail dance
upon waves they ride

A ballet of whispers
deeply in the sea
in darkness they cry
please save the whales
before they die
Endangered whales
sing final lullabies

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Victoria, this is sooooo heartbreaking, I love whales and dolphins so much and it saddens and upsets me how sailors and others treat them so cruelly as we do to so many other innocent animals! (sad sigh) My prayers are with the whales and their environmental protection and preservation, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Victoria, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

This nearly made me cry, Vic. I hate the thoughts of endangered animals anywhere.
Beautifully done.

Yes, save the whales and stop trading with nations that still slaughter them.  Wonderfully done, my friend. *hugs*

awwww Vic....its a contrast, their size, their power,
yet they dominate not the seas altho they could.
Instead, they spread Whale Song, and the lesson
that Big is not always the thing to be, and it can be
tempered with grace, much like ALL of your words.
Pleased as punch you wrote this:
the words were overdue for their praise.
