Dressed the curtain with her shadow.
Windows undone by her hands.
Letting glass light fall to pieces.
Sadness working through her glands.

Set the pieces burning out.
Fecund shudder of finality.
Bony roses, goodbye glowly.
Colors lit the unlit sky.

Color turned to red-fed hunger.
Color turned to blackly treescape.
Color turned to blue-gold raincloud.
Color turned, not much to say.

Rain is falling on the flames.
She said leave the pictures;
keep the frames.

You mind twists
words in ways that
leaves me speechless
at times...

I enjoy reading your work

I felt heaviness while reading...like a weight on the chest. Your ending is awesome in its irony...So tell me, are all of these NEW? Impressive m'friend.

Thanks everyone. And these are all brand-new. A nice day-to-day map of the craziness that is my head.

I noticed. Which sometimes makes me wonder why I moved to a part of the country where there's *so little* rain. Hmm...

Seattle would be fun, actually. It's got an underground city!
