perfect aim you said
as my eyes touched you there
between your caution
and your willing

just below your defenses
and just above
the suggestions
you whispered

perfect aim I said
the way you put your target
there in front
so close to my shaking arrow

you are just too much sometimes....*s

M

p.s. how you get away  with these in open  surprises me...must be me using my imagination too strongly

I can understand Maureen's confusion
when this is not February
and sometimes thoughts of Cupid
are fleeting...

well done Sir...some great imagery!

perfect aim you said

================================

me thinks once you take aim...you dont miss a thing
Poetically speaking of course

get away with what in open?
very clever poetry that makes one read between the lines and then make up their own minds? Yeah...that must be it

... and I don't know why ...
Why should love come down and just sweep me away
I want to fly ... but there are so many things in my way.
