The winds of time fly backwards in memories of regrets Mirrors of distortion crack under inspection Rippling currents of moody introspection The truth to some will lie in quicksand foundations As less pain is developed to live in the past The reality of survival buries its head Straight tunnels of side vision Create walls of doubt about purpose Scrambled egg words yokes at you In air conditioned heat of stagnation Sending slimy slippery food of ingestion Slowly winding down the throat of time Upchucking in gurgling champagne The eagle flies in open skies of panoramic views The masterpieces of time float in the mind In the visions that cradles smiles Gentle breezy fingers Massage the inner lining of your flight So as time moves does it appear the same for all Does the universe rotate in unison Is what I see the same that recorded time will come back to Is time ticking the same in all of space Or are their black holes of ghostly deception Tick Tock An alarm clock waits In a space The universe expands Into what How can it expand Into nothing So as my words confuse Do they delight Most of all do they remember In what I hear them repeat In what In the hope of osmosis Of your time taking over mine What Is the ending Email me at davelyoung1@hotmail.com D.Lester Young (03/12/02) Tuscaloosa, AL Copyright © D.Lester Young (White Eagle poetry) http://www.authorsden.com/visit/author.asp?AuthorID=5012 |

 (sigh) Oh my gosh, this is a very powerful and good question, sweet friend, I too feel that somehow we are all connected together throughout the world and one action one of us makes is consequential to all of the balance of life somehow, even when it is a black hole of mystery!
