I can only but offer a shoulder
to lift you when you are down
I can only send you a smile
to help wash away your frown.

I will paint the gray skies blue
when dark clouds loom overhead
share with you the colors of the rainbow
with brilliant yellows, green, and red.

I will listen when you weep
and make your tears depart
I will be there for you
in friendship and in heart....

forgot to paint...

Hi, thank you for this. I am feeling better, so don't worry.(all the love from my friends here helps so much) It just comes and goes, I guess the poem I wrote was about that, how it shows up when you think you have it under control, and often goes just as suddenly. Anyway, you are a sweetheart.

Donna darling girl, this as always is excellent writing. You have such a caring soul, it shines in this piece which sends a wave of beautiful peace through a soul troubled with pain. Wonderful writing darling girl utterly wonderful
