Haven't written anything is a while so please forgive, and thanks for the uplift this morning Sandra.

Someone Made My Day

I’ve taken life hard of late
not even to care to write
but talked to a friend
who made me feel all right!

When life gets to your brain
there’s nothing but lots of strain
even the most of mundane
will fill you up and then drain.

But then I took a chance
reached out through all
of the circumstance
spilled the beans about my fall.

She responded with much care
told me it sure wasn’t fair
but that I’d make it through
cause of medical brake-through’s!

Life has a way of taking your dance
turning it into a stumbling free for all
then comes alone a true friend by chance
giving you strength to stand tall.

And of course a reason to write
finally sing about my plight
laugh it off with a grin
keeping in mind that I will win.

Thank you friend for all you do
keeping up my spirits too
here’s sending love your way
never forgetting you come what may.

Love, Cerenity

Oh, what a lovely gift a friend gives us when they care enough to lift our spirits~

This is a perfect 'thank you' to a sweet gal, from a sweet gal~

Always good to see you my friend~

Yep that sounds like Sandra's caring heart.  It is a pleasure to see your words here again Cerenity.  Peace to  you.

Well, haven't been around awhile and don't understand the background but I know honesty and graciousness and the power of friendship when I see it and this is a shining example.  Walk easy, walk far and never lose the radiance this shows.
