Satin Edge

sometimes when
I look
too closely
life amazes me
it’s like
seeing lace
attached to rock
satin too tight
to the jagged
curled frills
next to
the edge

I felt every word of this cutting and could see those images clearly.  Well done.

in a white wall
somebodies brush
forgot to paint...
lonely....(as sung by Tracy Lawrence..)
