I lie around her neck
shimmering gold
   a snake of dare
gently looping eyesight
to gentle curves
and warm smells
where nothing is
Tabu
for me...

I draw your eye by glitter
you stray eye's stay
and thoughts
nestle in

she wears black
to accent my positive
neckline curves find me
going places you
cannot touch

I am warmed by her skin
and stroked by
fingers

don't you find yourself
wishing a little harder
and finding envy

in a strand of gold

all you can do
is sigh

Decca darling girl, what a delight it is to read your writing. I cannot understand why this has fallen so far down the list with no replies Oh well, I get to be the first to say how fabulous this is. I’m always, eternally stunned by the way you shape and form a poem. This is outstandingly good. Wonderful writing, excellent utterly utterly perfect. I absolutely love it

Nice...I liked the point of view here. Quite different!!! (And yes, I remember Tabu!! Stank to high heaven on me, though, but smelled great on my sister!)

I really enjoyed this one!

This is good.........What a man would give
to grace the neck of a beautiful woman all
of the hours of the day....

Nicely done Deca....softly passionate but
very effective...

Deca...for some reason this put a wicked grin on my face as I read....
something so tantalizing about the thought.
Love it!

It's not the strand of gold I envy (you're just not my type *G*) ... It's the write of it that has my poetic lil heart turning shades of jealous green. *G* This is a sensual beauty, Deca! *S*
