Passionate juices
of the sun
replenishes his touch
and moonlight of his smile
dances like lilac buds
in the summer breeze
gently warming her soul
illuminating her hair
soft petals of kisses
upon her shoulders bare

Trumpeting sails
sing love letters
in the wind

burning upon her skin
but he is free
as a turtle dove
free from safe harbors
and the commitments
of her true love.

I love this Vic! 'Tis very true we tend to think that one must choose between safe harbors or freedom. But I wonder if, perhaps, freedom could be the safest harbor of all? Just a lil thought.
