He saw me.
(Now he knows.)
He saw me.
(Time for me to go...)

He saw...

that beauty is a beast--
the callouses upon my feet
cushioning the miles I tred
with droplets of the blood I bled.

He saw me bare--
I grabbed fig leaf.
I donned the garb
that I called "me."
The only thing
I could call home...
uncertainty
(the echo roams)

He saw me.
Now I'll be alone...

See? He saw.

See him go...

If he doesn't like you as you REALLY are? Let him go, he's not worth it. Because the real you is wonderful!

See, if you hadn't been gone so long...it wouldn't have taken me so long to get this.  Now here you are and the light bulb's exploded!  This is exactly what I'm afraid of.  (Sure hope I remember reading it in the morning...lol.)

(sigh) Always listen to your heart and always accept what makes you feel happy and comfortable, sweet friend, this is powerfully expressive and I hope you now hold love that can feel for you! (kiss on cheek) This is wonderful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Karen, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

he went there
to the edge of the room
to lock the door
and get a chair
to come back and spend hours

seeing you that way

enjoyed the view of the words

Came back to say thanks--I appreciate your comments much! And I'd love to stick around, but I'm afraid I had bit too much whiskey last night. OW. Now pardon me while I go shave the fuzz off of my tongue.

the simplicity of this betrays the all too well-known thoughts. . .

have I mentioned that it's good to see you back??

You've just renewed my faith in masks. *S*

Seriously, serenity... this one touches me deeply... Shave that tongue carefully for we need your voice. *S*
