Pay attention
to all that surrounds you
in a world that beckons
hear the voices that call
feel the arms reaching out
embrace the folds
find your comfort in the gladness
for they have come your way
with all good intentions
take the time to sort through your questions
accept the answers to the reasons why
pay attention to what you feel
sit still and release yourself
find your peace
measure your time
write the words to your own melody
and the wonders that find you worthy
sing to your own rhythm
and find your harmony
give way to the stars
like jewels you've set apart
bask in the array of their limelight
wear them as they should be worn
for they are rare in their beauty
with clarity falling all around you
alas, cry when you need to
but do not cast your own shadows
or succumb to the spell they cast
perpetuating your darkest hour
that threatens to blur your vision
cease the moment
hold fast to the key
slay your own dragons
unlocking the peace in your mind~

(talkig to myself....again)

BRAVO!!! This is wonderful, sweet friend, yes, may we just take a moment to cry when we need to then find the strength to carry on and battle our troubles and find peace and hope! (kiss on cheek) This is excellent, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Lori, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Noah~ Thanks, I feel better already!

Martie~ I'm glad you could relate, made me feel I am not so far out there!  I'm serious and I thank you kindly.

Nancy~ It was about time I got hold of the rope and pulled myself together.
Thanks Enchanting one~
