              Forever

It cultivates the awe of more,
Eternities forever door.
There is no present as such,
All is the past that you touch.
             So
Fill your cup with rich red wine
And sip it slow while you dine.
Time seduces all the new,
Ever changing externals view.
           Weather
Waiter, wisher watcher or both,
On this I will take an oath,
There are things we'll never know,
Be content your embers glow.
           Once
Touched it turns to another stay
A stock to build upon its way
A flower with a day of sun
One of many that has begun.
           Then
Glowing embers grow to gray,
Gray turns dust and blows away.

*smiling at you and your tender touch*
How appropriate it tis that I read this
*sigh* from your pen as the sunrises out my window in a display of rose and violet...
HOW did you do that?     *L*
Good timing and connections me thinks  LOL
thank you for this keeper me Stinkylove...more soul poetry for my Sy collection.

Not all that's gold will blow away,
the love that grew, will in constance stay.
Some things sustain beyond the passage of time ...
wisdom and truth remain, engraved in verse and rhyme.

Yes, there are things we will never know,
but in time all things meant to be will show.
Like the sun and moon in promised rise ...
like the seasons change will bring the butterflies.

Somethings cannot be measured by commitment of time ...
Some say forever is found in contentment's kiss of sublime.

Seymour darling boy dropped by for a second read, and it isn’t any flattery it’s true. You manage to capture the soundless thought in crystal streams of wonder then you dip your pen into the ink of poetic think and write, oh how you write. Utterly utterly wonderful writing, always a delight to read you darling heart

Sy,
You have a regular love fest going here. What is that stuff when it's powder, anyway? I love your work but this is getting out of control here pal! You're supposed to use words not magic to seduce.

It's never too late to have a good childhood! Woohoo!
