Cape Cod Dreams I dreampt that you were here last night, Along the foggy bay. Enshrouded in the falling mist, I felt our bodies sway. Your hands, the breeze, caressed my skin. Wind whispered in my ear. With dew laced lips, I pulled you close, Out in the sea swept air. The foghorn in the distance Became my calling heart; 'Till with the rising of the sun, I felt our bodies part. But now the fog is lifting; The sunlight glints the bay; And I am left with Cape Cod Dreams To see me through the day. ...to you know who  missing you |

This is beautiful, Ruth. I can tell that he misses you too. Dreams have gotten me through the day before though, so keep them in your memory to tide you over until you can be back with each other. It's not the same, but it works. Very well done.  ~sky I'm in charge, and I say question authority! |
