Listening to every heart

Mirror in Shimmer

Little knows what sees the mirror
When the days of past come near
In the far flung days of yore
Looking back is reaching fore

Shimmer ripples upon the lake
Cast ye stone for pleasures sake
Play the game of let’s pretend
Hear the willow as she bends

Prairie winds are seen by eye
As the grasses ripple sighs
We know the elephant by his name
We stay to play the ancient game

Little know what I shall see
When your eyes mirror me
Shimmer me within your spell
Keep me safe, and very well

(smiles) YAY!!! Ooohhhhhh...I too know this feeling so very well, and I dream ever so uch to see my loves face beside mine staring into the water amorously and seek to find that afterglow on the water! (sigh) Your words always reflect such radiant poetic mastery, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Karilea, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Kari darling sister of my soul, , I really love this poem it is UTTERLY utterly fabulous. Yes I know I always say that but then you always write to utter perfection.

I was going to say yes well I s'pose this is okay but of course it’s much more than just okay isn’t it? Are you wonderful? Is the sky still the home of the sun, does the sea still lap the shore? Then yes darling you are wonderful

Love and warm stuff

Sunshine~

the sun casts on the rippled surface
and bounces to and fro
it touches everything in sight
bringing light wherever it goes

Your beautiful words & creativity allow me to connect with the same in myself.
Thank you for having the courage to share yourself so that I can too
