Roiling
beneath my skin
a tempest
I became again...
boiling
pressure
of my blood--
redemptress--
loving the unloved...
unhallowed
haunting
of my mind
words
like breadcrumbs
left behind
roiling
beneath my skin
I dare
to write them all--
amend
the quibbles
of insomnia
the stuff
that dreams
are not
made of...
where is
the catalyst of change?
why must I make
myself estranged?
Why do I need
a starting block
stagnation
of myself in lock?

This is just me.
I'm writing tears.
Fondly
cradling my fears.

No one knows me
like you do.
No one knows me--
bruise of truth--
yellowed greens
of rising swell
contusion's proof
of inner hell.

Nan, welcome home. I missed you, too. And what a beautiful way to remind all of us of your inner beauty trading love for sadness.

its so good to see your name here.

Only you could make me like a poem with the word "contusion" in it.

hey, it was great for me. . .

but, then again, it's always been good. . . lol

you never cease to amaze me. . . no wonder I like your work so much. . .

Can you do me a favour...can you try this one non-centred?

Just for me, pleeeeeeeease..?

I really want to see what it would look like...why? Something about the rhythm...

anywho, I like it Karen...

Kamla? I will do this, if you explain to me the crime of rhyme and rhythm.
