Please love me for who I am
For what I'm about to be
And for my unfolding destiny
Please be there when I cry at night
And wake up dripping with fright
Hold me tenderly in your arms
And whisper a sweet lullabye of words
Ending and fighting the demons off just like Excalibur
Can't you tell that I've been alone too long
Drifting off in the dark
Waking up constantly
Dreaming between fantasy and reality
As my candle light flickers in the night
Dancing and prancing amongst the twilight
And the shadows clutching at my mind
So please love me if you can
Never leave me and keep me safe from harm
For I'm beggining to think that I am spell bound
And that your words are as mighty as King Arthur's sword...

Nicely said....and I thought the last line
was simply perfection!

If we could only make things happen the way we would like them to!  It's a roll of dice that simply land no matter how we shake em up!
Anyway, I liked the way you expressed yourslf.

Ceinwyn,
that was very neatly done, I like it a lot.
