Looking for Mr. Happy
Looking for that Sunshine boy I used to be
Mr. happy go Lucky has left the building
And took with him Mr. Carefree
Mr. Smiley Face went walking
Here one moment gone the next
Missing without a trace
The next of kin are wondering
What strange creature has taken his place?
He never laughs
That glitter glee Goofy glow is missing from his eye
His Funny bone must be broken
Because all he wants to do is cry
I used to giggle all the time
Quick with a joke and a whiplash smile
But I’m crying on the inside
Twinkle gone replaced with a tear
Mr. Frumpy Grumpy took away my Jester cap while
The King of Sorrow holds audiences
Inside his private court of Pain
Wondering how long it will be
Until he Smiles again

"this could get messy... but you don't seem to mind..."

Aw Jeff...for a moment I thought I was going to have to *poof* this but you piffled me into laughter... this is just precious...and I'm sure if you'll just dig a bit more into your closet where that toy chest is hidden, you'll find all your memories...

I could have written this over the last year or three. But I found my Ms Happy again…in divorce papers!! Lol. Okay, so it’s not recommended for most, but it worked for me. I like the write Jeff. I think we’ve all been there at some time…wondering what it will take to make us happy again.

If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please?

(sigh) Oh Jeffrey, this is so sad but beautiful, sweet friend, now show me a smile and become Mr. Happy again for us all! (big hugggssssss) This is powerfully emotional, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Jeffrey, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Jeff,
Not what I thought. Time...it just takes time! Good job.

let loose that smile
don't worry, I'll catch it,
but if you don't let go
I'll tickle you and snatch it

and if I can't get it
by the bottom of your feet
or your ribs or tummy
then I'll yank you from your seat
I will take you in my arms
put the mistletoe above you
kiss you smack-dab on your hidden smile
and tell you that I love you

and if that doesn't work
if that still ain't right
I'll rip your clothes off
and start a pillow fight
...we'll make love hard at first
and then slow it to a creep
once satisfied, you'll drift off...
I know you smile in your sleep :-)
