On A Breeze Warm winds surround me, gently touching my face Looking for a soft place to land, I was met by your grace You've touched my heart in an infinite number of ways I can only tell you what I feel now...not make promises of always I've been searching for something for so long, something to let my heart heal Tired of fantasy loves based on broken promises, searching for something real I don't want any grand promises, or pretty words tied up with a lovely bow Just need a place to rest my weary heart, somewhere to lay low I found you on a breeze, you reached out your hand In ways no one else ever has, you just seem to understand You tell me that I am beautiful, and that you couldn't help but just fall That you just went with your hearts persistent call You soul matches mine, we've both been through such pain I've been nearly burned by the fire, you've been almost drowned in a neverending rain Now coming together though, we pave the way for one anothers smile Though this may not last forever, the softness of the breeze will last for a while Softly place your hand into mine, from this place we can soar into the sky No longer does your heart have to feel agony, on a breeze...we can fly The sun in that celestrial sky, will serve to warm our backs and spirits too Though the path in life isn't always easy, in you...one of my dreams did come true I won't promise you forever...but I can promise you one small thing Being touched by you on this warm breeze, has unlocked the chains in my heart and made it sing. Thank You... Amy darling lil sis of my heart this is Utterly utterly fabulous writing darling heart, I love it. This is so beautiful, the words trickling over the page like water flows over the beach. Absolutely excellent writing, I am awed by this wonder. It is absolutely fabulous. Amy, my goodness, Girl, this is just beyond words! You have captured my heart, and I am sure everyones as well. I can not begin to express the amount of love behind this for it is so clearly seen and felt. You have that ability to pull people in and once they are there they never want to leave.
