In a Lover's Heart

Aye! The sun is finally a'shinin'
So now I can stop all m'whinin'
Head out into the world with a smile
Be friendly, sit and chat for a while
Smell the spring air, fresh as ever
Take a lil' walk, a stroll thro' t'heather
Amazin' how just a little sun
Can make m'feel m'battle is won

Aye m'lad....the sun has a way of warming the deepest recesses of the heart...glad to see you up and at 'em and in good spirits...

Love the way you’ve written this. With that accent, I’m feeling like I’m in Scotland. A great write for spring.

If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please?

Aye.......and 'tis a verse that makes me long for the purple heather on the hills above the lochs.  Wonderful!!!!

The road goes on forever, and the stories never end!
