Angel

Confusion clouded my thoughts, thwarted my heart
And scattered my feelings.
I have a great pain
That weighs me down wherever I go
Wherever I stay.

I am afraid of hurting,
Afraid of loving but on I go.
And on my journey I found someone,
Someone amazing
Who is an angel that guards my soul,
That frees my feelings
And let's me live.

I am terrified to hurt,
Terrified to breath and to open my eyes.
I may break this sweet angel's wings
And if this deed is carried out,
I may as well not breath again.
Sweet and gentle,
Your smile is one of peace and perfection.
The softest skin has been given to you.
To you this has been granted this so to
Torture others with this beauty. Beauty only angels may possess.

Everytime my eyes are blessed with your presence,
My heart cries out in happiness and my somber soul shines like the sun.
Everytime, your voice carries beauty and sincerity,
I have to stop myself from telling you how much I really care,
I lie to myself and I lie to you.
But I care for you
And nothing has changed that.

I try to ignore these feelings but I am growing weak as I know there's no way out.
I cannot hide this any longer, Know I love you, know I care...

This started out sad but became so very lovely and upbeat at the end, sweet friend, may he always be your angel and fill your heart with comfort and wash away your tears and pain with loves trust!
