Strange as it seems,
one can go from
loving someone to
not caring inside,
wanting to destroy…

Especially when one
doesn’t know when
to stop the blood
letting, and not only
wants to destroy the
love once there, but
also is caught in
the whirlwind of
destroying themselves…

I wonder why this is…

(big hugggssssss) Oh Bill, this is sooooo very heartbreaking, my heart goes out to everyone who feels this kind of self-destruction and it too is so very strange to me and I hope they can all find the courage to re-consider! (sad sigh) This is so sad but wonderful, sweet friend, we all love you so much, you are a true angel! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Bill, thank you for sharing!

I think I know...but who really knows...probably something to do with the feelings not being love in its true form...I know that I stop caring for someone when they give me motivation...such as hurting me or cutting me off from their lives...I then redirect my love somewhere else...where it is wanted...James

Anger comes from pain and hurt...lashing out
and not knowing what else to do...Yes,
caught in the whirlwind...happens to so many.

Love is such a strong emotion Bill. So is hate and anger, and if I had my choice, which I do, I choose love, and if someone chooses not to love me back, than so be it. But I would not then hate, just pull back and perhaps just love myself more. This was very heartfelt. I know that is an overused word but I can't think of a better one for now. Keep writing, I love to read your work. floria

bill darling boy this is excellent writing, so terribly sad but written with you amazing and outstanding skill. I love it. I can’t tell why it happens I just know that when that whirlwind hits it has a tendency to destroy so much. But when the storm has passed there is an amazing peace. I wish that the peace will settle in your heart like a butterfly of delight.

Bill I was told once by someone, can't remember who at the moment, that you have to hate each other before the marriage is finally over..then you can become friends again if you wish.
I don't believe that and have tried hard to not let that happen although I must admit I have felt moments of hatred earlier on.
I can't believe that 30 years or any long marriage can end up so ruined..there are many good years and memories to treasure and at the most odd times, they arise to bring a smile to me...almost all the bad disappears even though I haven't been able to end mine yet...Missing you
