I offer you eternal love
with liquid gold, I touch your lips
champagne in ruby crystal glass
Our chance to sway and twirl and dip.

My hand outstretched to gather stars
unto my breast, to give to you
a fire which simmers in my soul
such love to fill your heart anew.

Take all of me, for I am yours
forevermore was meant to be
and as you hold my open heart
we dance into eternity.

Such Passion.... no pun intended... I adored this piece.... it was gorgeous.... even a bit etherial. I had to add as well.... larger than life... as I read this a second time... (I don't often do that) I could picture the swirling of galaxies within your eager grasp....handed to the man you love.. Well done!!

Love, Light and Peace,

Sherry

And dance you shall, because the band has started to play once again, and the song is just for you!!!!!

The music is playing...the dance begins

in bask of moon's glowing in shine
dancing in swirl to each soft bar
hair flowing each twirl so fine

Please check your snail? mail this coming week. *Peace and hugs, for all that you are dealing with and too, for this lovely write.

I just read this again...and got something completely different from it than the first time.  Maybe it's just a state of mind lately.  (Hey, if 'you know who' doesn't see this, can I 'borrow' it and tell her I wrote it?)

Dear Sandra, loved this poem lots, just beautiful.

Sincerely Rick

It gave me some nspiration !!!

Love from heart is always true
On moment’s wing of time
Will love of truth be always there?
To meld your heart with mine

I’d hold the thorns of roses
For their beauty you to give
If love was true forever
In love we’d always live

Sandra, have missed your words much, and this is the perfect example of why.  Oh and girl I just love your new picture!  Hugs sweet cat.
