I'll be here to hold your hand
Try my best to understand
I know the tears that you cry at night
Have also been blessed by an Angels light

Your heart shines so brightly through the pain
I know sometimes how you just pray for rain
So that no one can see the truth of you
I'm just glad you opened up to me and care as you do

I am here for you, today and tomorrow too
To give you rainbows and chase away the blue
Life is hard, we both know the truth of this
We also know the beauty of happiness and bliss

Our paths crossed, and now here we are
We can be each other's shining star
So smile for me, as I extend one for you as well
In our hearts this new friendship will dwell

Last night when we talked, it was so special to me
You helped me realise some things, helped set me free
The beauty of it is you came to me to help end your
tears
In doing so you helped to release all my fears

I am here, I'll do the best I can for you
To show you a friend who is real and true
So place your hand in mine, together we can fly
So dry your eyes, no more tears will you cry

Amy darling lil sis of my heart this is utterly utterly wonderful. The bond of true friendship is the kinship that comes from within a loving heart. You are always without fail a wonderful writer, in this you’ve blessed the bond of a loving friend with your beautiful words. OUTSTANDING writing darling, and I love it utterly

Amy aunt/ lil sis/ cousin this is really beautiful, whoever you wrote this for must be very proud, I know I would be.
