The Rebirth of Love in Sisters

Two children a mirror image
That people claimed it seemed.

From a two sided family
Born into conflict that would always be.
No matter the issue
Their own pain is all they would see.
Screaming and fighting from a distance
You will hear.
Betrayal and hate lingered
In their atmosphere.
No apologies or acceptance
Which lead to a house of regrets.
The tears of silence that only strangers
Knew were shed.
They both knew they were wronged
And with it came the pain.
To hard to deal with
So they let it get away.
As fads came and went
As styles did change.
They saw what they were missing
They saw that they have changed.
One will hope of a love
Like the child she once was.
She will see the similarity
She will see the love.

Two began to see
The mirrored image of their family.

This is very sad. It does seem
the sisters loved each other, though.
It's bad for children to have to live
in confusion.
