Casual carelessness as
dismissing ominous clouds
until lightning forces joined trees
to rift in the cluttered forest.

Cold callousness as sharp as the
bitter chill of an unexpected snow storm
in the early blossoming spring
forever halting growth.

Complete catastrophe as an act
of nature uproots foundations
which were once firmly grounded
in the faith of an enduring forever.

As interesting a name as was this poem which got my attention.

All true in friendship or in a love (marriage) relationship.....
