If ever you should doubt, read these words:
My love for you shall never die
Though I succumb to Time’s persuasion
And life and limb should fall aside.
Here upon this page, on this occasion
Is writ but a taste of my devotion;
Within my heart does full reside
Your perfect, true and wondrous grace
The beauty of your perfect face
The lasting touch of your embrace.
Whenever I should falter or despair
And think that I shall never dare
Know what may be true and right and fair
I have but to look to you,
For in you is my salvation
Without you is my desolation.
No other shall I ever love
As fully and completely as I do you
And never shall I love as true.

The noblest battles are always fought in vain
-Cyrano de Bergerac

Wonderfully written, the words roll off the tongue and make music.

An enjoyable read! It flows nicely, and should be read aloud. It would be a wonderful addition to the book.

Just flows from the lips
Like music it rips
The air apart
Written from the heart

Thanks for sharing sir! Wonderful write! Very wonderful indeed!
