Sweet Wed-Of-Time
~*Marge Tindal*~

I have celebrated sweet wed-of-time
engaging past and present

Seen vows broken … then re-spoken
merely as a symbolic token

Spun the ever-circling ring
in earnest search of forevering

Heard soft ceremonial songs
that carried me so far from home

Found the voice to sing alone
when no one else was listening

Intricately laced poetic thoughts
fell in wedded grace
Captured in this ink-of-think
delicately embraced~

~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~

What an institution...
and such a throw-away society we have...
but so many times,
it needs to be understood
that for better or worse
needs ink of think...

just like now.

Thank you, Marge...
for words of wisdom...

Oh well done, Marge....and I admire your ability to write about your inner being....Reading this, it occurs to me that I've never done that, or been strong enough to try.
