sometimes silence speaks
easier than lyrical phrases
when the full moon plants soft light
on a divine face; unveiling~
slowly parting dreamy eyelids
to disclose the contained gems

and in the lurking shadows
a pair of hypnotised eyes roam busily
in an attempt to swim the waters
of the lady’s heart; shrouded~
like a desperate student
trying to impress his teacher

What a wonderful piece... I love the imagery, and the emotion you gave us is evident. Congrats on 6000!

Sudhir,
why isn't this a book submission?

a pair of hypnotised eyes roam busily
in an attempt to swim the waters
of the lady’s heart; shrouded~

these three lines take the cake..kudos to such imagery-packed lines

and congrats to your 6000!
