I found out tonight that a guy from school died, we never were friends but we knew each other since elementry school and he loved to joke and hang out with his friends and just have a great time. He is the same age as me (19) and he died a week ago via a train. He saw the light of the train to late and he......well you get the picture. I cant say it its just to horrible especially when im thinking about it right now. So this is a small dedication to him, i know i will write more in the comming days but its the first one i wrote which i thought i would post. We never really got on together, We never really had one kind word to say, We always hung around with diffrent crowds And now the price you did pay. Strangers are what you and i were Yet we knew each other since elementry school We seemed to always nearly end up in the same class Yet being friends just never came to pass. How could you end your life the way you did How could you just stay upon those tracks How come you never thought that enough was enough Your life was just obviously not on track You lived your life through fun and games Never thinking about the future ahead You took drugs and loved to drink Now gone from life, why didnt you think? No matter how much we seemed to hate each other I cant help but weep for your families loss I cant belive you once were here But now in heaven, you paied the ultimate cost. I'm sorry you and i never got on I'm sorry that i couldnt talk to you one last time I just wished i could of tried to befriend you once more. Your in a safer place now then here on earth You are out of harms way I know that people will say its all your fault But this shouldnt of been the price to pay Goodbye my friend I knew thee well I know that your safe right now I wish that someday when we meet again There will be a way to maybe befriend you yet again [This message has been edited by Aya (04-04-2003 06:15 AM).] |
